什么是超凈工作臺
一、什么是超凈工作臺呢？
超凈工作臺是一種局部凈化設(shè)備，即利用空氣凈化技術(shù)使一定操作區(qū)內(nèi)的空間達到相對的無塵、無菌狀態(tài)。使用時，必須放置在潔凈的空間。其接種數(shù)量不受無菌空的限制，操作比較簡便，可以較大幅度地提高工作效率，適用于大規(guī)模生產(chǎn)。為了保證接種成功率，接種時使用酒精燈，效果更好。

二、超凈工作臺運作原理及應(yīng)用方法
超凈工作臺的優(yōu)點是操作簡單自如，較為舒適，工作效率高，預(yù)備時間短，開機十分分鐘以上即可操作，基本上可隨時使用。在工廠化生產(chǎn)中，接種工作量很大，需要經(jīng)常長久地工作時，超凈臺是很理想的設(shè)備。超凈臺由三相電機作鼓風(fēng)動力，功率145～260W左右，將空氣通過由特制的微孔泡沫塑料片層疊合組成的“超級濾清器”后吹送出來，形成連續(xù)不斷的無塵無菌的超凈空氣層流，即所謂“高效的特殊空氣”，它除去了大于0.3μm的塵埃、真菌和細菌孢子等等。超凈空氣的流速為24～30m/min，這已足夠防止附近空氣可能襲擾而引起的污染，這樣的流速也不會妨礙采用酒精燈或本生燈對器械等的灼燒消毒。工作人員就在這樣的無菌條件下操作，保持無菌材料在轉(zhuǎn)移接種過程中不受污染。但是萬一操作中途遇到停電，暴露在未過濾空氣中的材料便難以幸免污染。這時應(yīng)迅速結(jié)束工作，并在瓶上作出記號，內(nèi)中的材料如處于增殖階段，則以后不再用作增殖而轉(zhuǎn)入生根培養(yǎng)。如為一般性生產(chǎn)材料，因極其豐富也可棄去。如處于生根過程，則可留待以后種植用。
